It is easy to customize skin for your web player with the Set Skin window on Moyea PlayerBox. Moyea PlayerBox not only provides sample images for you to change skin, but also enables you to add external images to the skin gallery for with custom category. The skin gallery is available for particular component on Set Skin window.
Components that support changing skin are: Control Bar Background, Onscreen Play Button, Play Button, Stop Button, Mute Button, Full Screen Button, Current Playback Time, Duration, Play Trackbar, Volume Trackbar, Scroll Left Button, Scroll Right Button, Previous Video Button, Next Video Button, Hide Playlist Button, and Image.
Part I. Prepare image
Only images in JPG format are supported for adding to the skin gallery of Moyea PlayerBox. You may use image editing software like Adobe Photoshop, TechSmith SnagIt to make your image.
There is no size limit for the image, and you can add the image as large as you like.
You shall have a general idea of the player and the buttons size while preparing image for custom player skin.
Part II. Add image
Moyea PlayerBox provides easy window to add custom skins to skin gallery. You can put desired images with custom category under Custom Skins folder. While adding images with custom skin, you are adding custom skin to skin gallery. The custom image could be applied to any component when you click Apply button. Here are the steps to customize skin for player with Set Skin window.
To add skin to gallery in Set Skin window
1. Select a component that supports skinning functionality, and go to the Advanced tab in Properties window.
2. Click a browse button to open the Set Skin window, which is the window to add, delete, and organize custom skin with skin gallery.
3. Click a skin folder under Custom Skins, or add a new custom skin folder by clicking the add button at the bottom.
4. When a custom skin folder is selected, click the Add button on the bottom-right corner to browse image into the skin gallery section. The custom skin will show up when you click the related folder on Set Skin window.
With the Set Skin window, it is easy for you to control the custom skin in Gallery section. Here is guide to delete custom skin from skin gallery.
To cancel the adding image you have just loaded
1. Open the Set Skin window and go to the folder you have added image.
2. Click on the custom image under Gallery section and click the red Delete button on the bottom-right corner.
3. The image is then deleted and the component with the deleted image as skin will be set with the default component image.
